Do I need to pay to list my business?
No. The free plan includes a full vendor profile, booking form, and browser-based SEO tools. Pro and Growth add live keyword and backlink diagnostics, featured placement, and lead notifications.
Is there a per-lead fee?
Never. Customers contact you directly through your booking form. There are no lead credits or pay-per-call fees.
How does paid billing activate?
Choose Pro or Growth with the same email as your vendor profile. PayPal confirms the subscription by webhook and VendorNet updates your plan.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. PayPal subscriptions can be cancelled from your PayPal account or by contacting support. Your profile reverts to the free plan immediately.
